RETURNS

Returns of B2B purchases are not accepted. Returns of defective products must be notified within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. To process the return, the buyer must send an email to the address incidencias@regalizdistribuciones.com, indicating the customer's data, purchase data, data of the product that he wants to return, also indicating the reason for the return. If applicable, it is recommended to attach photographs of the damaged product to expedite the procedures. Once we notify the acceptance of the return, the buyer must return the merchandise affected by the return, by your means and shipping charges paid, with its corresponding packaging and everything that accompanies the affected product. Once the merchandise is received and verified, we will proceed to replace it if possible or pay for it.
